The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“ 10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record concerning the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities for its kind perusal and consideration.

10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and thereby pass an order directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 29.10.2025 (ANNEXURE P/1) preferred by the petitioner under Section 247(5) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 in a time bound manner.

10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and thereby pass an order and thereby direct the respondent to grant access right to the petitioner in term with section 247(5) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959.

10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court, may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file better petition.
