1. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to the non-refund of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), deposited on 15.12.2021

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that, in the meantime, Earnest Money Deposit has already been refunded to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 & 3 submits that the earnest money has already been transmitted to the account of the petitioner on 11.9.2026.

4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
