1. The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs;

“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned notice/notification/order on 1009-2026 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.4 and also may kindly be set-aside/quash the impugned order/direction dated 03-09-2026 (Annexure P-2) and impugned order/direction dated 09-09-2026 (Annexure P-3) issued by the respondent No.1 and impugned proposal No.15 dated 10-09-2026 (Annexure P-4) passed by the respondent No.4.

10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 to held the petitioner as eligible to contest the election for the post of President and also to allow the petitioner to contest the election for the post of President and also.

10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly

constituted election petition before the concerned authority, as one Mohan Lal Sao has already been declared elected as President of the Bar Association, Basna. Since the election has already been conducted, the petitioner seeks to avail such liberty.

3. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondent.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
