The present petition is filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs:

10.1 Issue appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the impugned order dated 29.07.2026 (annexure P/01) being illegal and inconsequential.

10.2 Issue appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent no. 2 to include the name of the petitioner university in the ongoing counselling process for D.El.Ed. Course for the session 2026-27 and make allotment of students as per the counselling process.

10.3 Issue appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent no. 3 to process the scholarship of the students belonging to SC/ST and OBC category, pursuing their course from the petitioner university.

10.4 Any other relief(s), direction(s), which Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, in the circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 29.07.2026 the deficiency as pointed out by the concerned Director, SCERT, C.G., Raipur has already been removed and has informed the concerned authorities about the same. However, despite of that no orders have been passed.

Learned State counsel submits that if the deficiencies have already been removed and information/application has already been supplied, the same will be decided by the authorities in accordance with law preferably within a period of 10 working days from today.

In view of the above direction, the present petition is disposed of.
