2. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner.

10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or writs, order or orders, to direct the Respondent Tahsildar, Bilha to comply with his own order dated 30.03.2026 (AnnexureP/1) and remove the encroacher within stipulated period, in the interest of justice.

10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon’ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. ”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the relief clause, petitioner has prayed for the direction to the Tahsildar, Bilha to comply with his own order dated 30.03.2026 (Annexure-P/1) and remove the encroacher within the stipulated period.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents has no objections with regard to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, particularly considering the relief clause prayed by the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the Collector, Bilaspur (C.G.) to consider the grievance of the petitioner in light of the order passed by the concerned Tahsildar. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Collector to pass an appropriate direction to the Tahsildar, Bilha (C.G.) to comply with the order dated 30.03.2026.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
