By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the authorities concerned with respect to auction proceeding initiated for the properties under dispute.

10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/order or suitable direction to quash the auction proceeding dated 19.10.2022, being arbitrary, illegal and in violation of interim order dt. 17.06.2019, passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court.

10.3 Hon'ble Court may grant any other ancillary relief by issuing any other suitable writ, direction or order, deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of petition.”
