By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 16.11.2021 passed by the respondent no. 3 and also to set-aside the allotment granted to the respondent no. 4 for the purpose of the commercial Petrol Pump, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is alternative remedy available to him under the law to redress his grievance. As such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy available to him available under the law.

No objection has been raised from other sides.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in favour of the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to him under the law.
