1 . Heard Mr. Arjit Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Vaibhav Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

"10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records leading to the impugned inaction for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

10.2 The Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ against the respondents for quashing the impugned notice dated 11.09.2021 (ANNEXURE P-15). 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner.

10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the termination notice in the present petition. However, during the pendency of the petition, the final termination order has already been passed.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
