By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“10.1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the subject contract for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court; and/or

10.2) The Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue such writ / orders / direction quashing and setting aside the impugned e-mail communication dated 23.06.2021 passed by the respondent authorities to withhold any amount payable to the petitioner from any running contracts in their respective areas against the alleged outstanding dues of Rs. 2,54,60,204/-(Rupees Two Crores Fifty Four Lakhs Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Four only); and

10.3) The Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the impugned e-mail communication dated 23.06.2021 passed by the respondent authorities until the pendency of the instant writ petition; and

10.4) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner; and/or

10.5) Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition. He further submits that if exigency arises he may be granted liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law.

No objection has been raised from other side.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
