By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for correction of registration of paddy sale entries after verification.

10.2 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authorities for deciding the representation of the petitioner.

10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s land has been submerged in the Ghatoi Dam, as such, the amount which has been deposited in his account as bonus for cultivating paddy is not in accordance with law; it has been granted to the petitioner due to non-correction of revenue records by the concerned Tahsildar, as such, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking relief that the concerned Tahsildar may be directed to correct the revenue records deleting name of petitioner in revenue records, while correcting the entries of petitioner’s name in respect of land bearing khasra No. 896/1/x (admeasuring area 0.045 hectares) situated at Village Kekrabhath, Tehsil Dabhra, District - Sakti, as the petitioner has never sold any paddy.
