Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice has been issued by the concerned Manager of the Adim Jati Sewa Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Koyalibeda to the petitioner, who was temporarily appointed as ‘in-charge’ of the society to purchase the paddy for about 04 months.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Markfed submits that the dispute which the petitioner is raising, can be raised under Section 64 of the Co-operative Societies Act. The Markfed has not initiated any action against the petitioner, as such, this petition is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that it is inter-se dispute between the petitioner and the concerned Manager of the Adim Jati Sewa Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Koyalibeda, hence, the petition is not maintainable.
