This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby setting aside/quashing the said Impugned Proceedings bearing Revenue Case No. 10/A-56/2012-13 as well as Revenue Case No. 202604312100022/A-6(A)/2025-26 pending adjudication before Respondent No. 6 and orders passed thereto; and further be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to initiate fresh proceedings as per law for appointment of vacancy against the post of Kotwar of Village Bhanetara, Tehsil Hasaud, Distt. Sakti (C.G.) in accordance with law

10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records of the court below with respect to all the Revenue proceedings pertaining to the case of the petitioners.

10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the SDO (Revenue) concerned against the order of Tehsildar by which, the Tehsildar has appointed Kotwar in contravention with rules and acts applicable for appointement of Kotwar.
