1. Petitioner, in this writ petition, prays for the following reliefs:
“10.1 issue notices to the respondents, returnable within early date of hearing.
10.2 set-aside the impugned order dated 21.11.2023 vide Annexure P-1 passed by the respondent no. 2
10.3 Direct the respondent no.2 to 6 for payment of undisputed amount of Rs. 14,48,116.00 with interest to the petitioner within is stipulated period.
10.4 Cost of the petition.”
2. In course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the matter relates to recovery of money, which is refused by the Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy before the Civil Court.

3. Learned Additional Advocate General also submits that since this writ petition involves disputed money claim, the same may not be entertained by this Court.
4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that the petitioner, if so, advised may avail the remedy before the competent Civil Court.
