By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs :

10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the compensation of the land to the petitioner as per Land Acquisition Act 2014 forthwith within a period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, if the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper call the records pertaining to petitioner's case.

10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order which may be deed fit and proper in favour of the petitioner

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if a direction is

issued to the concerned authorities to decide the pending representation(s) dated 17.02.2023 filed by her.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the limited prayer, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned authorities to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 17.02.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if not already decided.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
