By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records, pertaining to case of Petitioner.

10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ writs, direction/directions to RespondentAuthorities to close the enquiry on Present Petitioner and they should jointly present an ideal example by taking concrete action against the Complainant (Respondent No. 8), so that such misuse does not recur again.

10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary/relief, as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
