The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):

“a) Call for the entire records pertaining to the present case.

b) Hold and Declare that the Additional Terms & Conditions of impugned Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) dated 19.02.2026 ( ANNEXURE – P/1 ) creates a Hostile Discrimination between the MSMEs on the basis of their Place of Registration which is impermissible in law.

c) Cancel the impugned Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) dated

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the present petition as necessary amendment has been notified by the State Government vide notification dated 9 December, 2025 and he may be granted liberty to challenge the said notification.
