It transpires from the case status report available on the official website of the District and Sessions Court, Raigarh, that Civil Suit No. A/67/2002 has been finally decided by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 25.09.2023.

In the present case, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 27.07.2022 passed in the said civil suit. Since the civil suit has already been finally decided on 25.09.2023, the present writ

petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
