At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, however, he would submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.

Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal preferred by the petitioners is pending for consideration before the learned District Judge, Pratappur and an application moved under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC has been rejected, the concerned Court is directed to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of the pending first appeal dated 12.11.2025, expeditiously.
