Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has already moved an application for withdrawal of the proceedings before the learned Family Court, Kawardha, Kabirdham, C.G. on the ground that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties outside the Court. He would submit that due to the interim order dated 16/12/2025 passed by this Court, the

Family Court Kawardha is not proceeding further. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a direction to the concerned Court to proceed further.

Learned counsel for the respondent would support the aforesaid contention of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts situation of the case, and also considering the fact that the matter has already been settled between the parties amicably outside the Court, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Family Court Kawardha to proceed further.
