subsequently, the SLP filed on behalf of the applicant was withdrawn, and further considering the quantity of contraband seized from the possession of the applicant and the other co-accused, i.e., 34.420 kg, as well as the fact that three criminal antecedents are pending against the present applicant, two of which are registered in the State of Rajasthan and one in the State of Chhattisgarh, this Court is of the view that the applicant is not entitled to be released on bail in this case.
