These are the first bail applications filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking grant of regular bail to the applicants,

who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 93/2026 registered at Police Station Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 309(6), 115(2), 296, 351(3) and Section 3(5) of BNS in respect of the applicants Prince Dubey and Dinesh Kumar and under Sections 115(2), 126, 296, 309(6), 351(3), 310(2) and Section 3(5) of BNS in respect of the applicant – Chanchalesh Mandal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submit that they seek permission of this Court to withdraw the instant applications with liberty revive the same at appropriate stage.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, the instant bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for by them.
