1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiaya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.- 48/2026, registered at Police Chowki - Rajgamar, Police Station - Balco Nagar, District - Korba, (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 105(1), 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. However, he submits that the applicant has been in custody since 23.02.2026 and that, out of 28 prosecution witnesses, only 8 witnesses have been examined so far. He, therefore, prays that the trial may be expedited.
3. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
4. In view of the aforesaid observation, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
