The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 as he is in jail since 22.04.2026 in connection with Crime No. 14/2026 registered in Police Station – Pasta, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG) for commission of offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 118(2) and 238 of BNS.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at appropriate stage.
