The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 64/2026, registered at Police Station – Lundra, District – Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 64(1) and 65(1) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh at an appropriate stage.
