This is the third bail application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 15.01.2025

in MCRC No.8692 of 2024 and second bail application was also dismissed on merits on 01.04.2025 in MCRC No.2256 of 2026.

Case of prosecution, in brief, is that present applicant (father of victim) has tried to outrage the modesty of her minor daughter. Based upon report, FIR was registered against the applicant and he has been arrested on 26.08.2024 in the aforementioned crime/offence.

Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the applicant is an innocent and has been falsely implicated in the said case. He further contended the applicant is in jail since 26.08.2024 and the trial will take time for its conclusion, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State Counsel submits that this is third bail application of the applicant and there is no substantial change in the ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
