This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 17/2026 registered at Police Station – Bagicha, District - Jashpur (C.G.) under Sections 64(1), 79, 308(3) of the the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.
