Shri Thakur submits that the counsel could not appear when the case was called as the counsel could not check the cause list properly and inadvertently missed to appear in the case. He prays that the MCC may be allowed and the case may be restored to its original number.

For the reasons assigned in the application, I find that just and sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the counsel. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. WPS No.8990/2019 is restored to its original number.
