1. The present application has been moved for restoration of WPS No. 4621 of 2022 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 11.08.2026.
2. Petitioner in person would submit that on account of some unavoidable circumstances, no one could appear before this Court when the matter was taken up for hearing, therefore, WPS No. 4621 of 2022 was dismissed for want of prosecution. He would submit that the applicant/petitioner is interested in pursuing the matter. He would pray to restore the petition to its original number.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose.
4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Sudeep Shrivastava, petitioner in person, the instant MCC for restoration of WPS No. 4621 of 2022 is hereby allowed. The WPS No. 4621 of 2022 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- payable to Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee, Bilaspur.

5. Accordingly, the instant MCC is hereby disposed of.
