This MCC is registered based on the PUD (Request Letter) dated 11.08.2026 forwarded by the Commercial Court (District Judge Level) Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, District- Raipur (C.G.), seeking extension of further time to conclude the proceedings pending before it in Civil Suit No. 01 A/2022 (M/s Shri Bajrang Power and Ispat Limited V/s Mr. Mukesh Goyal & Others).

Perusal of the order passed in MA No. 66 of 2024 dated 12.02.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court would show that while disposing of the said appeal this Court has directed to conclude the proceedings in civil suit pending before it as early as possible, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt/production of copy of that judgment, subject to cooperation of the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the request made by learned Commercial Court, further 06 months time is granted from today to conclude the proceeding pending before it in Civil Suit No. 01-A/2022.
