PUD has been received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur with a request for extension of time to conclude the trial as directed by this Court in S.A. No.476/2015 vide order dated 17.07.2025 wherein it has been directed to decide the same within three months from the date of submission of Commissioner Report.

In view of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further six months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial. The time given shall start from today.

In view of the above, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
