Considering the reasons assigned therein and submissions made by counsel for the petitioner/applicant, present MCC which is duly supported by affidavit of the petitioner/applicant, deserves to be and is accordingly allowed and WPS No. 3692 of 2015 stands restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- before the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee.
