Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that one week’s time was granted to the applicant to rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry, but due to inadvertence, the order could not be complied with and by virtue of peremptory order passed in MAC No. 898 of 2024, said appeal was dismissed. He would pray to condone the delay and allow the application for restoration.

Taking into consideration submission advanced by Mr. Mishra and reasons assigned in the application, delay of 307 days is hereby condoned and MAC No. 898 of 2024 is restored to its original number.
