2. Vide PUD dated 01.12.2025, Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.) has sought further extension of time to dispose of Civil Suit No. 36-A/2025 (HMA 698/2025) ( Smt. Prerna Aahire vs. Pankaj Dahire) received after transferred from Family Court, Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.) which was directed to dispose of preferably within period of four months from the date of receipt of the record from the transferring Court vide order dated 18.06.2025 passed in TPC No.77/2025 (Pankaj Dahire vs. Smt. Prerna Aahire) by this Court.

3. Considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter, further time of two months from today i.e. 05.01.2026 is granted with regard to disposal of the case mentioned herein above. It is further directed to the concerned Family Court not to extend hearing on casual manner. Further, if the case is not decided within aforesaid period and further time is sought, then copy of all the order-sheets are to be sent along with extension application.
