Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the original sole petitioner namely Phool Singh Dahre died during the pendency of the petition and the legal representatives of the sole petitioner filed the instant MCC for restoration of original writ petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and upon due consideration, the present MCC is allowed and W.P.(S) No.1051/2012, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 04.12.2023, be restored in its original number.
