1. This is the owner’s appeal against the award dated 04/03/2025 passed by the learned Second Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambikapur, District – Surguja (C.G.) in Motor Accident claim case No. 232/2021, whereby a compensation amount of Rs. 13,34,080/- has been awarded in favour of the claimants.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that settlement has already been taken place between the parties, therefore, he does not want to press this instant appeal.
