This appeal has been preferred against the impugned order dated 28.05.2024 passed by the learned Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District - Raipur

(C.G.) in Case No. 95/2023, whereby the learned family Court has dismissed the application under Order 9 Rule 13 of CPC filed by the appellant.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 01.12.2025 on certain terms and conditions.

Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The compromise between the parties dated 01.12.2025 is being made part of this order.

In that view of the matter, the FA(MAT) No. 268/2024 is disposed of in terms and conditions of the mediation report dated 01.12.2025. No cost.
