Since 01.07.2025, 18.08.2025, 18.11.2025, and 02.03.2026, no one has appeared on behalf of the applicants. On 06.01.2026, learned counsel for the applicants stated that he intended to file a Vakalatnama in the matter and sought some time for the same. However, on the last date of hearing, i.e., 02.03.2026, and also today, despite repeated calls, none has appeared on behalf of the applicants, nor has any representation been made on their behalf.

The instant Criminal Revision is of the year 2016, it appears that with the passage of time, the applicants have lost interest in contesting the same.

In view of above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the Criminal Revision for want of prosecution. It is dismissed as such.
