passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahasamund, DistrictMahasamund (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. H 35/2023, arising out of the order dated 23.08.2023 passed by learned JMFC, Baghbahara District- Mahasamund (C.G.) in Criminal Complaint Case No. 514/2023, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 65 of the Evidence Act has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the instant petition as the parties have enter into compromise and matter has been settled between the parties amicably.
