1. This CRMP under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for quashing the registration order dated 27.06.2025 and the order of status quo passed by the respondent No.3 in Revenue Case No.202507241400002/2024-2025 (Smt. Malti Bai Sahu & others v. Uttra Bai & others)

2. At the outset, this Court finds that it is not a matter of interference as there is a statutory alternative remedy of revision available to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the CRMP stands dismissed .

4. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail the alternative remedy of revision available to them, if they so want.
