2 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):-

“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and further be pleased to quash the cognizance order dated 17.11.2025 taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) registering the Criminal Case No. 8963/2025, and further be pleased to Final Report No. 449/2025 dated 17.11.2025 for the offence punishable under Section 420, 409, 34 of Indian Penal Code including FIR bearing Crime No. 371/2025 dated 22.08.2025 registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420, 34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.”

3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate petition at appropriate stage as the charges have not been framed.
