1 . Heard Ms.Maya Chaturvisani, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to file the final chargesheet against the respondent No.2/accused in FIR No. 256/2023 registered by the police of Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) within the period of 15 days, in the interest of justice.

ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 for proper investigation and file proper charge-sheet under the proper sections of Indian Penal Code, because the respondent No.2/accused dishonestly induced the property, therefore, the Section 420 of IPC is also made out against the respondent No.2/accused, in the interest of justice.”

L earned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1/State submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law.

5 . Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if the matter survives.
