1. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14.01.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No.157/2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that when he was drafter the bail application (MCRC No.157/2026), he has wrongly mentioned/written father’s name of applicant as ‘Kailash Tonde’ instead of ‘Milan Tonde’ and, due to which, same has been recorded/mentioned in the bail order dated 14.01.2026. Hence, it

is prayed that instant petition be allowed and order dated 14.01.2026 be modified.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State submits that he is having no objection with regard to modification of order dated 14.01.2026.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. The error crept in bail application (MCRC No.157/2026) by the Counsel, appears to be typographical error, which requires to be corrected.

6. Consequently, it is ordered that date 'father’s name of applicant Kailash Tonde’ mentioned in cause title of bail order dated 14.01.2026 shall be now read as 'Milan Tonde’.

7. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of.

8. A copy of this order shall be made part of bail order dated 14.01.2026 and a copy of the same be also supplied along with said order.
