impugned Charge-sheet (ANNEXURE P/1), FIR No. 350/2025 registered vide dated 18.07.2025 for offence u/s 296,351(2), 331(3), 74, 75(1)(i), 76 of the BNS 2023 registered at PS Sarangarh, District SarangarhBilaigarh, CG against the petitioner, & also quashing of the further criminal proceedings persuant to FIR No. 350/2025 in Sessions Trial No. 52/2025 initiated against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.

Any, other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit & proper may also be granted, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition charge has been framed against the petitioner and the order framing charge has not been challenged in the present petition, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition to file it afresh challenging the order framing charge.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the order framing charge.
