“I. Quashing and setting aside FIR no. 388/2025 dated 26.07.2025 registered by Kotwali Police Station Rajnandgaon for the offence under section 405, 420, 20(b) r/w 34 of IPC, against the petitioner by allowing this petition, in the interest of justice and equity.

II. Pass any other orders deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the chargesheet has already been filed against the petitioner, therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the same.
