Considering the fact that the legally issued caste certificate has been placed on record by the petitioner to prove the caste of the victim, as such, the leave as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner, is granted.

Registry is directed to register the present Cr.M.P. under the head of “ Acquittal Appeal ”.

After registration of acquittal appeal, issue notice to respondents No. 2 & 3 by ordinary course as well as by registered mode within a week. Process fee be paid within a week.

In view of the above, the present Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
