By this petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS 2023, the petitioner prays for correction of the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in Cr.A.No.209/2022 (Ghanshyam Agrawal Versus State of Chhattisgarh) regarding the name of counsel.
Shri Kanhaiya Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while disposing of CRA No. 209 of 2022, he had appeared and argued the case on behalf of Mr. Anurag Bajpai, counsel for the appellant but inadvertently, in the order dated 25.02.2026 name of Mr. Dharmesh

Srivastava has been typed, therefore, he prays for deleting the name of “Mr. Dharmesh Srivastava”.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that “Mr. Anurag Bajpai, Advocate” be mentioned in place of Mr. Dharmesh Srivastava, Advocate, in the appearance column of the Order dated 25.02.2026 passed in CRA No. 209/2022. Accordingly, the order dated 25.02.2026 is corrected to the above extent.
Consequently, this petition stands disposed off.
