At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the present contempt petition is defective one, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
