At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that, after receipt of a copy of the contempt petition, he sought instructions from the respondent and, according to the instructions received, after conducting an audit, the respondent had taken a decision to pay a sum of Rs. 2,18,000/- to the petitioner. He further submits that the said amount could not be disbursed to the petitioner for want of fund. According to him, the respondents are now in a position to pay the amount of Rs.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, if grievance still subsists thereafter. Sd/-
