At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, referring to the affidavit dated 13.07.2026 filed in the connected Contempt Case No. 1843 of 2025, which has been delinked from the present batch today, submits that the order dated 06.03.2023 has since been duly complied with.

Upon perusal of the aforesaid affidavit and the documents annexed thereto, this Court is satisfied that the directions contained in the order dated 06.03.2023 have been substantially complied with.

In view of the aforesaid compliance, no case for proceeding further under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is made out.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. Rule, is discharged.
