By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant joining to the petitioner and to grant salary w.e.f. date of appointment order / date of first joining 30.07.2018 with all consequential benefit with interest, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the State as well as respondent No. 4 submits that the in pursuance of appointment letter dated 23.7.2018 the petitioner has already been given joining on 4.10.2025 and accordingly the petitioner has joined his services on 4.10.2025 as Lecturer in the Government Bisahu Gour Higher Secondary School Bhakhara, Kurud, District-Dhamtari, C.G..

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been given joining however so far as

consequential benefits are concerned it is yet to be given to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact that the petitioner has already given joining on 4.10.2025 itself, as such while disposing this petition the petitioner is being given liberty to file an appropriate petition in an appropriate time in case consequential benefits is not being granted to him.
